What is Houzz?
Houzz is an online place to browse and save beautiful home photos, and find design and construction professionals. Since it started, it has become an online community of over 40 million homeowners, home design enthusiasts and home refurbishment professionals from the UK and around the world.
What’s the Houzz Bermondsey pop-up?
DreamHouzz is an event inspired by research conducted by Houzz into what the people of London really want from their homes. The team interviewed homeowners and renters from across the capital to find out what time is spent in the home, and what it’s spent doing be you millenial, bachelor, daughter or family. The result is a series of 9 rooms in the Bermondsey warehouse that embody modern homeowners’ and renters’ desires and needs from their homes.
For the past few days and finishing this weekend, Houzz have taken over a refurbished Victorian tannery in Bermondsey. Throughout the warehouse, interiors fans can browse the different styles and tastes put together by nine different interior design experts. With various different home interior design budgets in mind, the experts have created a showroom filled with inspiration that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also shoppable.
