This property on Sandringham Road in Hackney was recently refurbished by the DNL Build renovations, and kitchen and bathroom fitting teams.
With a ground floor kitchen leading onto the garden of the terraced property, the room was lacking in light and sense of space. Our team put in a folding glass door leading out onto a patio area, flooding the space with natural light.
The painting and decorating team refreshed the kitchen and bathrooms with pale, light colours to add a spacious feel to the property. Modern fixtures were added to both the kitchen and bathroom areas to improve ease of use and to refresh the feel of the property.
With an up-to-date and contemporary feel, the property can now accommodate more guests as the downstairs area has been made full use of. It has become a practical and comfortable space to live in with plenty of light making good use of the space available to the owners.
