Home refurbishment, kitchen fitting and extension
This home refurbishment project in Fulham is one of the gems in DNL Build’ crown. Prior to DNL Build being requested to complete some home improvement changes, the property was relatively cramped and lacking in natural light. The owners wanted more room and to be able to make better use of the space that they have.
Our team of architects and engineers partnered up to create plans to add an extension onto the rear of the property. With glass doors and skylights, the new space is filled with natural light and gives a spacious feel to the downstairs open plan kitchen and diner. Whilst completing the extension, our team also carried out a kitchen fitting allowing the space to become even more functional and pleasant, and a place where the owners can easily entertain guests and host dinner parties for larger groups.
The upstairs of the house was renovated by our painting and decorating team who refreshed the walls throughout the property, giving it a new lease of life and using a colour scheme that added a sense of space. As well as this, an additional loft conversion meant that the bedrooms were made increasingly spacious and comfortable. Further bathroom fittings were also completed, so that overall the property as a whole received an injection of renewed energy and purpose.
This project required a rounded service from all of our teams at DNL Build, from home refurbishment, extension addition, kitchen and bathroom fittings, painting and decorating as well as plumbing and electrical. We’re really pleased with how the team’s hard work came through, and hope that the new owners enjoy their newly refurbished home in Fulham.
